1. Avoid stress. Try getting away from social media and stressful news.
2. Eat healthy. Avoid foods that can trigger diarrhea, hypertension, acid reflux or allergies, these can stimulate stress and worsening health conditions. Talk to your doctor about proper dose of vitamins but do not take extra dose of “vitamin C”.
3. If you have issues with breathing, keep your room illuminated and well ventilated. Get an electric fan dedicated 24/7. DO NOT ENGAGE TO ANY STRENUOUS ACTIVITY
