Kashaya is an ayurvedic beverage which keeps body warm & healthy, This hot beverage fight against viral flu or fever, cold,cough,& sore throat.

Vitamin C rich beverage will help to ease the digestive system and boost your immunity, ideally taken during morning/ night before going to bed. Anyone (kid’s, any age adults) can have this kashaya.

This ayurvedic kashaya powder is made with easily available daily household ingredients.

Kashaya powder Ingredients :-

Coriander seeds : 1 cup
Jeera seeds : 1/2 cup
Methi seeds : 1.5 tbsp
Poppy seeds : 1.5 tbsp
Fennel seeds : 2 tbsp
Black paper : 1tbsp
Long pepper(pipli) : 1 no
Cardamom (elaichi) : 3 no
Cloves (lavang) : 3 no
Ajwain : 1.5 tbsp
Dry ginger : 1/2 tbsp

Kashaya ingredients :-

Water : 3 cups
Kashaya powder: 1.5 tbsp
Jaggery : 2.5 tbsp
Milk : 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
