Well, this is the beginning. I’m finally starting my weight loss journey…for what seems like the billionth time. It isn’t going to be easy but I’m going to try to make this as raw, real, and fun as possible. I stepped on the scale and realized that I had managed to weigh the most I have in my entire life.
My goal is to lose 100 pounds and to get in shape and I plan to share what I learn along the way.
