Hi Friends,
In this video I go over everything I eat in a day starting at noon when my intermittent fasting schedule ends. Also this is post fasted cardio (7 miles with 821 calories burned) and post workout (Legs and abs) so I’m eating to not just maintain my caloric base (1,500-1,600 calories) but to also keep up with what I lost during training (1,200 calories burned).
So I’m looking to eat a whopping 2,800 calories for the day.

– Kodiak Chocolate Chip Pancakes
– Spaghetti with Spinach
– Grapes
– Robert Irvine Protein Bar
– Veggie Pattie
– Wonton Soup
– Rice, Eggs and Pork Chop
– Sesame Soy Salad
– Cashews
– Chocolate covered almonds with coconut
– Banana chips
– Almond and Oat yogurt bar
