At our last two BNSR Master Series lectures several participants asked for information about the COVID-19 vaccine candidate – dubbed Sputnik V – that has been developed in Russia by the scientists at the Gamaleya Institute.
This lecture will explore this adenovirus vector vaccine based on current publications and the prospects for it to offer successful immune protection from the SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 will be reviewed.
