A simple exercise to keep the thymus glad healthy and happy. The thymus gland “trains” T-lymphocytes (involved in specific immunity) to protect the body against pathogenic organisms and infections. From the perspective of esoteric physiology, to quote Johannes Rohen, “the thymus allows the “I” itself to establish a foothold in the body and to assert itself in its surroundings as an independent being with its own unique, personal physical body. After birth, the thymus becomes the central organ of the immune system.
