This is a series with 5 tutorials.Here we’ll practice those Yoga sequence which will reduce the tress of our body and eventually increase the immunity. Yoga has plethora of benefit and definitely immunity is one of those.

• Gaumukh Aasan :- Mental, physical as well as exercise.
Alleviates Stress and Mental tension
Gomukhasana is a great tool for killing stress and anxiety that arise due to various reasons such as office workload, improper environment, personal the brain and fosters mental healing for god.
Makes the body flexible
Opens up the chest
Free blood circulation. Since the metabolism of respiration and circulation is regulated here in the heart region, the posture plays an important role in refreshing the whole body. The pose is also good for one’s personality development as keeping the body open is considered as a confident attitude.

 It is good for chest and shoulders.
It can be practiced to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
• Setu bandhasana :-
Improves circulation of blood

Calms the brain and central nervous system.
Stimulates the lungs, thyroid glands, and abdominal organs.
Improves digestion.
Relieves symptoms of asthma and high blood pressure
Therapeutic for hypertension, osteoporosis, and sinusitis
• Bhujangasan :- Stretches muscles in the shoulders, chest and abdominals
Decreases stiffness of the lower back
Strengthens the arms and shoulders
Increases flexibilit.
Relieves stress and fatigue
Opens the chest and helps to clear the passages of the heart and lungs
Improves circulation of blood and oxygen, especially throughout the spinal and pelvic regions
Improves digestion
Strengthens the spine
Soothes sciatica
Helps to ease symptoms of asthma
• Utrasana :- Reduces fat on thighs. improving digestion and elimination
Opens the chest, improving respiration
Relieves lower back pain
Strengthens thighs and arms
Improves flexibility, especially in the spine
Stimulates endocrine glands
Releases tension in the ovaries
Stretches the ankles, thighs, groin, abdomen, chest, and throat
Cures constipation
