Here is a quick and Easy Immunity Boosting Recipe of Spiced Black Tea.
Tea is a great antioxidant source, it boosts our immune system and is said to ward off some diseases. Spiced tea can give us the benefits of Vitamin C, vitamin B, magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients:
1 cup of Water
1/4 teaspoon of Tea leaves
1 teaspoon of Sugar
2 pieces of Cinnamon
2 pieces cardamon
5 balls of Black pepper

Add Water into Utensil add tea leaves, sugar, Cinnamon, cardamom and Black pepper.
let it boil for few minutes on medium flame.
strain tea in cup.
And it’s ready to sip!
