Magnesium malate, collagen, vitamin D & gelatin – who's the hero?

I also wanted to give a little more information about the magnesium supplements that I took, which [ see time point 06.04 in the film ] I state helped me with sleeplessness, prior to taking drowsy antihistamines. A friend at Church had suggested it, as she was aware I was also agitated and could never ‘switch off’.

I bought Wassen magnesium [ there is a host of magnesium types; I don’t know the makeup of this one ] one Friday morning. I was in the habit of taking afternoon naps as a way of mitigating my sleeplessness. The first time I took a tablet, I had a deep and restorative nap. My night sleep also improved. But the effect did not last beyond six months.
