Vegan Power – Upper Body Conditioning

Hope you are safe and fit.
Only thing i learnt that if you keep practicing, you start innovating.
And inspiration is the source of innovation which can be grabbed from anywhere. But trust me guys an inspiration is necessary for new creation.

This routine is inspired by “Butterfly” 🦋
I call it Jumpin Push up.
This is very powerful routine which increases your arm strength your shoulders strength and improve your agility.

Vegan Meal Option:
I call it CCTC- Energy Pack (Cabbage,Corn,Tomato, Capsicum).

Take 500gm Cabbage 2 Cups Corn, 2 Tomato, 2 Capsicum, Rock Salt to taste.
Take boil water and rinse all veggies then chop.
Take a bowl and mix it well add 3 4 drops maple syrup and rock salt to taste.

Always have almond after your any meal.

Benefits:
Cabbage – Rich in potassium and dietary fibers.
Corn – Good for inflammation and vitamin E.
Tomato – Antioxidant and good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
Capsicum – Vitamin E and Folate good for your bone marrow and convert carbs into energy.

Good for who wants to loose their weight.

Calories : 554 calories/meal.

Tips:
Drink as much water you can.
Focus on quality diet.
Consume only natural sugar.
