This video is all about your LOWER BODY CONDITIONING.
The 2 routines are :
1. Pistol Squats – For Quads, Hamstring and gluet.
2. Beast Unload Push Up – Quads, Lower abs, gluet.

Vegan Meal: Banana and Pineapple.

Recipe : Take 4 banana and cut it take whole pineapple and mix it well, add 2 – 3 drops of maple syrup.

Calories : 510/Meal.

Benefits:
Rich of Minerals it contains potassium which keeps your heartbeat regular and helps muscle to contract. Manganese helps activate many enzymes in metabolism. Vitamin C improves your immunity good for skin and blood vessels. Dietary fiber is a type of carbohydrate.
