Eggs- 2
Chicken- 1/2 cup
Red, yellow bell pepper- 1 tablespoon each
Spinach- a small bowl
Green chilies- 1 teaspoon
Onion- 1/2 tablespoon
Garlic- 1/2 teaspoon
Oil- 1 tablespoon
