Hope you all are doing great. My family and I are getting better everyday.
As all we are focused on right now is to make our bodies the healthiest and covid free, I though I will film my recovery and everything I am doing in order to feel better which I am sure can be useful for someone going through the same.
Don’t worry I am not exhausting my body in any way, I always go with the signals my body gives me and only then do I go ahead with whatever physical activity I am doing.
If you guys don’t know about the Thymus Thump, you can definitely go ahead and read more about it as it is a very interesting concept.
Just make a fist or get all your five fingers together and tap lightly on the upper middle point on your chest for 15-20 seconds and take nice and long deep breaths throughout.
The location of the thymus gland is directly behind your sternum and between your lungs.
The thymus thump is also known as the Happiness point, it can assist to neutralize negative energy, exude calm, revamp energy, support healing and Vibrant Health, and boost your immune system!
