One of my constant worries as a mom is if my children are getting enough vitamins & nutrients that they need to grow up, even after feeding them with fruits and veggies. Sometimes I wish there’s a tool to measure our kid’s nutrient intake like a thermometer or a scanner 😂
But oh well, life’s too short so let’s take a shortcut by giving them vitamin supplements 🤣🤣. So here’s my (newbie) experience sharing on vitamin intake for my firstborn, Jasmine.
