Yoga for COVID 19 for Adults

Yoga plays an important role in improving our immunity and to strengthen our bodies from within to prevent us from corona and other viruses. At SVYASA Bengaluru , extensive research has been undertaken under the guidance of Guruji Dr H.R. Nagendra and Dr R Nagarathna to understand the role of Yoga in enhancing our immune system and a comprehensive module of yoga sequence was developed which was practiced widely and found to be effective in preventing COVID by strengthening immune system and also as a complimentary practice in treatment of the same.
This video is a hindi translation of the SVYASA Protocol for improving immunity in adults.
