Dissolves easily under your tongue – not a horrible taste but they could stand to have some type of flavor added especially when dissolving in your mouth. I haven’t caught Covid-19 yet! (Zinc has been recommended!)
This Frunutta Zinc 5 mg + Vitamin C 15 mg tabs are easy to eat, being quick to dissolve and they taste very good. The texture is like baby aspirin- crumbles and disappears when it contacts saliva.
Overall, this is a quick pick-me-up when you feel run down.
There is not a lot of mg of either Zinc of Vit C per tablet, however, so while you know you wont be over-doing it, you need other sources to complete your daily recommended dosages– contrast this to one package of Emergen-C powdered drink mix, which has, among other vitamins, 1000 mg of Vit C and 10 mg of zinc.
Still, this Frunutta is much easier to eat, without having to have a glass of water and stirring stick/spoon. Overall, Im quite pleased with this product, mainly due to the easy dissolving texture and yummy taste.
