A lockdown is more than just being limited to your home. For those with mental health issues who rely on social interactions and the regularity of a routine it can be a big let-down.

But even the ones without any issues aren’t safe from the ill effects of being confined. The media isn’t helping anyone either with all the Coronavirus minute by minute coverage.
