Dr. Uzo Odili is a board-certified physician in the state of Texas. He graduated from University of Houston, Magna Cum Laude with honors in both mathematics and biology.
Dr. Odili has practiced as an Emergency Room Physician in several Houston area hospitals and Urgent Care Clinics in both Central Texas and the Greater Houston Area. Dr. Odili is a medical contributor to the Fort Bend Community Prevention Coalition and volunteers as a guest speaker for various community Town Hall discussions on health and well being
He is author of two books and is about to release his 3rd book.

Tamika Caston-Miller is an RYT 500 with special interest in yoga for renewal and transformation, guiding a skillful combination of meditation and storytelling to help one turn inward and restore. Tamika uses the healing modalities of Yin and Restorative Yoga when she was experiencing chronic pain. When adding the movement of yoga to the transformative power of meditation, Tamika was able to experience healing from traumatic personal loss more quickly, and to train her mind to rewrite new endings to old stories that had previously held her back. This has proven invaluable mental training in the face of a pandemic world. Through authentic movement and meditation, Tamika is excited to share these practices with others to as they seek to realize their physical, mental, and emotional goals.
Tamika’s yoga journey began in 2001 with a home practice and has since become a certified yoga teacher with advanced certifications and training through YogaOne Studios and Kripalu School of Yoga, with special emphasis in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra (meditation) Tamika’s journey has been informed by chronic pain and injuries, the very human battle between shame and compassion, the quest for ancestral healing, and love for the practice and philosophy of yoga.
