Hey team…we did it!!! We’ve made it to the end of our ADF 30 day challenge for the month of August. How do you feel?
I reached my goal of getting back to 172, and I developed some healthy habits that I can add into my everyday diet and exercise routine.
I hope you guys are being safe and consulting with your physicians if you’re having any issues.
My plan is to continue without my intermittent fasting, and do alternate day fasting for one week a month, every month until the end of the year.
We’ll see what happens. On this journey to lose weight remember this, we may while running, but what’s important is that we stay in the race.
