Distal Biceps Tendon Rupture – Road to recovery (3 weeks post-op). Rebuilding a broken body is never fun but I know there are a LOT of people who are going through similar things, so I thought I would record my journey and help others as much as possible. I’ve had my share of setbacks but one thing that remains constant is my positive attitude and my ability to set my mind to put things in context. IT COULD BE WORSE. I REFUSE to give up. NO EXCUSES. This is life. It is a set-back, to be certain, but I WILL overcome and be better than ever on the other side. Come along and share with your friends and families who may be struggling with life.
