Bought these because these minerals are lacking in the smarty pants gummies (red label) but they were way too chalky and took forever to chew.
So I found a way she’d eat these, when I heat up my tea on the electric tea kettle I put it in the spout part and it softens it. Another way was to drop in in hot water for a few seconds with the wrapper on.
It’s a little gooey when you peel it open but then I cut them in half and make sure it’s not too hot just warm and soft and…

We also wash off the sugar on the smarty pants multi (kids complete) pat them with a paper towel and that’s the only way she’ll eat those. Wish there was an easier way to get these vitamins in.
But these are our solutions even though they take a few extra steps.
First, the chews are a mouth full for a small child. I cut one in half for my daughter. The taste is ok. It does leave a vitamin after taste but my daughter likes them nonetheless.
My husband and I have noticed that she is less likely to have a tantrum on the days I give her the chew early (with breakfast). I heard the review about the mother dealing with ADHD in her child.
I completely agree. While I dont believe my child has ADHD, she does have a full blown tantrum once per day it seems without these chews. The vitamins and minerals must be what her little self needs.

I usually do not prefer chews or gummies and had I realized they were I would not have tried them. Both myself and my boyfriend have tried many magnesium supplements.
These really do make us both feel better. Calmer and helps muscle fatigue.. I have recommended to friends and will recommend to you ..
Even tho these are expensive in my opinion I continue to buy as they are noticeably better than any of the many others we’ve used.
These are amazing mineral gummies. I have noticed a major difference and it is so nice to have these “other” minerals that usually arent included with the multivitamins.
We combine one of these, along with the multivitamin for my 8 year old, taken at night. Helps him sleep and keeps him regular. It did take a while to get used to the taste and texture – he says its like a starburst in texture.
I had to combine with starburst for about a week until he got used to the taste, now he eats it with no problem.
