It is a vegan and more of a natural shampoo like another brand I have used Alaffia, which I also like. However, each bottle was eight dollars, so I also believe you can have beautiful hair with more affordable brands like Suave, which is now cruelty-free. I think using coconut oil to oil my hair helps more than a specific brand of shampoo or conditioner I use. I am sharing this because I know not everyone can afford expensive sulfate-free shampoos, and even for me, this is kind of stretching my budget. I go through a bottle of conditioner in about three or four washes, so buying a more expensive brand of conditioner does not always work for my budget. If you are on a budget even V05 works great, and it is more about how you treat your hair than using a certain product. I also bought the Love Planet And Beauty vegan vitamins for hair growth. Does biotin help promote hair growth? I am curious, so I will share my thoughts in a few weeks.
