MORNING SUPPLEMENTS
🧡 Time release vitamin C – 1000 mg per serving – I use Amazon elements and take just one serving in the morning
🧡 Nature’s Sunshine – “Super Supplemental” (basically a multi vitamin)– I take 2 in the morning
🧡 Nature’s Sunshine – “Garcinia Combination” (basically a weight management supplement) – I take 2 in the morning
🧡 NWC Naturals – professional strength “MSM Gold” joint and muscle formula – I take 2 in the morning
🧡 Nature’s Sunshine – “Magnesium Complex” – I take another 2 in the evening (notice I also took 2 in the morning).
🧡 TruNiagen – I take 2 in the morning

EVENING SUPPLEMENTS
•🧡 Nature’s Sunshine – “Calcium Plus Vitamin D” – I take 2 in the evening after dinner
•🧡 Nature’s Sunshine – “Magnesium Complex” – I take another 2 in the evening (notice I also took 2 in the morning)
How did I keep track of what seems like a beast of a supplement plan?
• 1st – I marked the lid of each supplement – for example… 2-AM, or 2-PM, so I know how many to take in the morning and how many in the evening.
• Then, the night before, I set out two containers, one labeled am, and one labeled pm.
o I place morning supplements in the AM container, so I don’t have to think about it in the morning
o I place evening supplements in the PM container, so I don’t have think about it in the evening.
