Well, that’s what we’re digging into in this week’s episode. We’re talking to Dr. Julia Mason, a pediatric doctor who is so familiar with Vitamin D deficiencies, that she sees it all the time in her adolescent patients. I invited her to come onto the podcast to share some information about some of her recent research on Vitamin D and the impacts of Coronavirus.

In this episode, Dr. Julia shares lots of great ideas about different sources of Vitamin D, where we can get them and how much we need. She also makes the distinction between Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, which is a very important factor.

Also, one thing we didn’t get to talk about but is a great source of Vitamin D (a fat soluble vitamin) is Cod Liver Oil, which has been used for decades as a remedy for a plethora of health related issues.
