Hey, everyone. There has been lots of talk recently about B12 for vegans especially from a channel called vegsource. Jeff recently came out with a video on vitamin B12 and how too high B12 blood levels could be linked to lung cancer and all cause mortality. In this video I cover not only the studies that he specifically cites but the reasons why B12 is important for vegans to take in the first place.
