β€” My other version of Lumpiang hubad with garlicky peanut sauce recipe.. Vegetable dish has always been my favourite recipe and it’s perfect now especially this time of pandemic..
It is basically composed of the same ingredients used to cook lumpiang sariwa. The difference between the two dishes is the wrapper. This is made with Singkamas or Turnip , cabbage, carrots, sweet potatoes, sigarilyas or winged beans, squids, squid balls, kikiam or tempura , crab meat, fish strip , oyster sauce, sesame oil , soy sauce, organic sugar, constarch, olive oil, black pepper, onion, garlic, turmeric powder, fish sauce.. Shrimp stock , peanut butter and unsalted roasted peanut..
