Some people are so so obsessed with eating the so called healthy food.
That they Eliminate entire categories of food from your diet.

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

Healthy food has become the new mantra. Not now but since few years.
Laddo. Ice cream, milk shakes, are all marketed now worth immunity boosters.

You will lose weight if you eat a low-calorie diet in which you burn off more calories than you take in, and you will gain weight if you eat more calories than you burn off. Adding physical activity allows you to burn more calories than dieting alone.

We are being fooled in the name of health and wellness by your favourite bloggers and Instagram influencers.
Who are promoting these so called healthy and super foods.
Green tea
Gluten free
Almond and Soya milk
Protein powders
Brown alternatives. Rice, bread, sugar.
Healthy snack. Air fried. Baked. Fat free. Cholesterol free.
Vitamin water

Choose Gluten free, Only if you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
Soy and Almond milk. Unless you are vegan or lactose intolerant
Protein Powder, YouTube’s and Instagram influencers are pushing this because they are paid for it. Each post they get paid.
You can take care of your protein intake with eggs. Chicken. Lentils, soya, tofu, nuts.
Brown alternatives. Rice, bread sugar, nutrition wise the difference is negligible but MRP wise its three times more expensive.
Healthy snack. Low cal, baked, air fried,cholesterol free, fat free. Most of them are high in sugar.
Vitamin water.

Sugar industry painted fat as the devil. They sponsored a study where it reported that fat is the culprit

Remember it’s all about advertising when your Instagram stars and you tubers tell you next time to use these products remember they are paid to do so.
