As summer is here, cold drinks and beverages are a must to have drinks at home. Every year I make this lemon squash for my family because it is a soothing, cooling summer drink and full of goodness of fresh lemon juice which is loaded with Vitamin C. I do not add any preservative to it and prepare the fresh lot every time it is finished. I use every part of lemon, so the rind which remains after squeezing the juice, I use to make pickle. Let’s prepare this healthy drink for our beloveds.

Ingredients :

Lemon juice : 1 cup
Chilled water / Soda : 1 cup
Sugar : 2 cups
Black salt : 3 tea spoons
Black pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
White salt (regular salt): 1 tea spoon.

For One Glass Lemon Squash/Nimbu Soda :
1/6th lemon concentrate and 5/6th water/soda
2 tablespoon lemon squash and 1 glass water/soda
