These 3 Cheap Vitamins Gave Me An Awesome Health Improvement!! Men’s Health Tips!
Hi Friends, sorry that the livestream signal was unstable. This topic is a departure from my usual topics on the geopolitical situation revolving around China, and my audiophile project Dragon Quartz Audio.
The 3 vitamins are Vitamin D , Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. For the reason I stated in the video, high homocysteine and low vitamin D levels, which really surprised me, I started taking them and in just a few days OBVIOUSLY FEELING MUCH BETTER!
So this was an important topic for you and I am delighted to share it with you, especially for older men like myself. For the first two weeks or so I am taking 4-5000 units Vitamin D per day and 400-800 mcg Folic acid and 500mcg B12 (methylcobalamin is the best form) 2x day (1000mcg / day total) .
