Ideal supplements for tactical/combat athletes.

Over the years of Professional MMA competition and Military life as a former CANSOF soldier, the supplement use and benefits have proven beneficial me me at various times. As stated in video, the intake and use in minimal and as needed week to week. Here is the list of my personal recommendations:

1. Brain Octane:
Increased energy, cognitive clarity, curbs hunger.
2. XCT oil:
Increase fat-burning properties, helps reduce lactic acid build-up.
3. Milk thistle:
Cleans the liver, promotes healthy liver function, supports bone health, helps improve allergic asthma symptoms.
4. Zinc:
Improves digestion and metabolism, nerve function and assist with protein synthesis.
5. Omega’s 3’s:
Combats against depression & anxiety, promotes eye-health and visual acuity, fights against heart disease, fights against inflammation.
6. Curcumin & Turmeric:
Anti-inflammatory, fights against free radicals (simple terms = the stuff that causes bad shit to happen in the body).
7. Green Tea:
Anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory, burns fat.
8. Creatine:
May help fight against causes of Parkinson’s disease, helps repaid neurological tissue damage (as well as all other organ and muscle tissue damage).
9. Protein:
Muscle repair, lowers blood-sugar levels, curbs cravings, boost metabolism.
10. Beta-Alanine:
Increase muscle efficiency, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, helps decrease lactic acid build up during strenuous physical strain (increased TTE = Time To Exhaustion). Helps decrease DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness).
11. Glutamine: Boots immune system, promotes healthy gut health.
