Dates 250g
Fig (Anjeer) 250g (to be roughly grinded)
Pistachio (Pista) 200g
Almonds (Badam) 200g
Walnut (Akrot) 200g (to be roughly grinded)
Tragacanth gum (Gondh) 150g
Grated Coconut 50g
Ghee 2tbspn
Poppy seeds (Kas Kas) 2 Tbspn
roast them
2 tbspn Honey
