How I will beat the COVID second wave!

Here are my top 8 things I’m doing, based on what I’ve learned as a health and fitness researcher, to beat the “second wave” of COVID (if that will even happen).

And more importantly, to prevent the decimation of my immune system that is happening to so many others, who don’t even know it.

I’m talking about the silent elephant in the room: How we are being set up to catch every bug that floats by this fall and winter, with the crazy policies and total silence in the media about how to build and maintain a healthy immune system.

The mainstream is simply telling us to stay away from each other, wear masks, use hand sanitizer, and wash our hands. That last one is a good idea, but the rest are a different story…

The big question is why is no one talking about eating right, exercising, getting outside, the right supplements, our microbiome, and other topics and strategies to boost our immune system based on how it was designed top work?

Staying indoors, being hyper-sanitized, and the numerous draconian measures causing depression, job loss, and other stresses and strains are weakening our immune systems like nothing before.

This video is about what I’m doing to make sure I miss any “second wave” by strengthening my immune system to fight stuff off as it was designed to do. If we don’t take action now, there will certainly be a “second wave” of lots of bugs, viruses, and all sorts of flu, due to the current conditions and restrictions that are destroying our immune systems.

Maybe these things are for you too. Maybe not. Research it for yourself like I did to find out your best strategy. But if you do nothing, you will be part of the “second wave” and it won’t be fun…
