healthy ladoos for boosting immunity in times of corona
COVID-19 : laddu for IMMUNITY
I have made these healthy and yummy immunity boosting laddus for you and your family. By now, we are all bored of having kadha everyday ๐
Making these laddus, for your loved ones, is a special way of saying that you care. And donโt forget to add the secret ingredient(LOVE), we all need it now more than ever ๐
INGREDIENTS:
๐ฟ2 tbsp ghee
๐ฟ3/4 cup wheat flour
๐ฟ2 tbsp saunth (dry ginger powder)
๐ฟ1 tbsp turmeric powder
๐ฟ1 tbsp fennel seed powder
๐ฟ1/2 tsp black pepper powder
๐ฟ1/2 tsp cinnamon
๐ฟ1 tsp coriander powder
๐ฟ1/4 cup grated dry coconut
๐ฟ1/4 cup crushed almonds
๐ฟ1/8 cup crushed cashews
๐ฟ4-5 tulsi drops (you can add it to the jaggery syrup)
๐ฟ 3/4 cup jaggery
๐ฟ 1/3 cup water
๐ฟ sesame & muskmelon seeds for coating (optional)
๐ฟcashew for decoration(optional)
In the video, I completely forgot to add tulsi, which is an important ingredient. Please do add either tulsi drops to your jaggery syrup or boil 9-10 tulsi leaves with the jaggery syrup. You will need to strain the syrup incase you are using fresh leaves.
