1).Strawberry:   contain antioxidants, which help keep free radicals under control. Health benefits includes great source of antioxidants, such as anthocyanins, ellagic acid, and resveratrol. Rich in high fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidant polyphenols. Eating berries protect our body cells and reduce disease risk.   

 2). Honey Almond Granola: It’s loaded with nutients, vitamins and fiber. The nutritional value are Iron, Calcium, Protein and carbohydrate.
