Day 7:
This is only 19 days out of your entire life. Think about it. You can do it. One day at a time. This quote motivates me. “No food tastes as good and being thin feels”.

STARVE YOUR DISTRACTIONS, FEED YOUR FOCUS!
Let’s go, Let’s go, Let’s Go

Every morning: 20 minutes of prayer and mediation. This plan is not easy, but it’s very doable. It gets much easier when you start your day in prayer and mediation and ask G-d for the discipline to reach your goal. Meditate and envision the physical you that you want to be again – or for the first time.

TODAY’S A FILLING FOOD DAY. ENJOY!
PUSH YOURSELF HARDER AT YOUR WORKOUT

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, 1 shot of Apple Cider Vinegar (don’t even try to use the vitamin form – suck it up! Take the shot! You’ll be glad that you did 🙂 Coffee or Black Tea

Lunch: Lox, tomatoes, cabbage, grapefruit, coffee

Dinner: Cold Chicken breast, tomatoes, grapefruit

Workouts:
1 hour workout:
10 minute stretch. I mean stretch so you feel it. You should be winded when you finish.
30 Dancing or zoomba – move your entire body in a fun, high-energy manner.
20 minutes weight training: Arms: More reps – less weight.

REMEMBER TO STAY HYDRATED

Important Notes:

WATER. I drink a gallon of water a day, but you can drink 50% of your body weight in ounces. Not a sip less!
Only Water and Tea or Coffee. No cream but Stevia is okay. Adding lemon to Tea and Water is definite YES!
No alcohol. If you think you are going to DIE without alcohol for 19 days, you may have a glass of whisky on meat days. Also, you may think about calling Pivot Treatment and Wellness Centers (just kidding – but not really) www.pivotcenters.com
Don’t snack between meals. If you must munch (and remember, don’t blame me if you don’t get to 19 in 19) eat a few slices of Lox or a turkey hotdog.
No cheese please.
No eating after 8 PM
