what is Nutrients?

Basically whatever we eat which Nourish our body contain some essential substance, which are very important for us to survive and it has different role in our body. These essential substances are called NUTRIENTS.

Food we eat has more than 40 Nutrients but these are divided into main 6 categories which are below:-
1. Carbohydrates
2. Fats
3. Proteins
4. Vitamins
5. Minerals
6. Water
