Ingredients :
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
800 grams whole chicken pieces with bones
6 cloves of garlic sliced lengthwise
1 medium onion
10 small slices of fresh garlic
1 tsp of sea salt
3 cups of water
1 tsp dried shallots / dried onions
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 cube of chicken stock
1 medium chayote / chow chow
1 small green papaya
2 long stalks of celery with leaves
2 pieces of green chilli
2 leaves chinese cabbage
moringa leaves
leeks
parsley
green onions
