What Supplements Do i Take | Natty? | Bodybuilding

A general over view of what supplements i take for bodybuilding purposes, as well as health in general. Most of these supplements i have been taking for over 10 years or some form of them. I split the video up into two parts basically, my preworkout/ bcaa and then the other half is the vitamins, probiotic ect. (refer to timestamps) I highly suggest taking some of these supplements especially the fish oil, probiotic and multivitamin/ anything you could be deficient in!
