I like this vitamin formula. Ive been taking them on and off for six years to help with depression. I wouldnt suggest them in place of medication or therapy but they do seem to help overall in a subtle, but consistent way.
Ive tried other brands and other Solgar formulas but Ive returned to this one again and again because I notice a difference when I stop taking them for a while.
I feel like I have more energy when I take them, a more positive mood, and clearer/calmer thinking. Seems to help my immune system and my skin looks…

I have a lot of digestive issues so I think I dont digest food well enough to meet my nutrient needs from food alone, and this could be a factor in my mental health.
But they can really upset my stomach if I dont take them with a meal, especially one with a lot of fats in it. And I usually only take one a day, rather than the two a day serving size.
Drink a lot of water so your body can clean out the excess vitamins/minerals.
