In my previous video, I have shared what are the rich and affordable sources of Vitamin C and why it is considered as one of the great soldiers against Covid19 virus. Other than vitamin C; vitamin D, Zinc, turmeric, Garlic, elderberry are also some of the major food supplements that will be able to boost your immunity against the virus. Today, I am going to share a one-pot complete meal that will help to boost your immunity. Here I’ll discuss what are the prime ingredients required to make this food? Why these ingredients are important at present? And how to cook this effortlessly in a minimum time?

Ingredients:
300 gms chicken cut into medium-sized pieces.
3 small potatoes
10 pieces of beans
1 small carrot
½ of a small capsicum
¼th of medium-sized papaya.
1 and a half onion and 3 cloves of garlic.

Food Value:
Potato. 100gms of potato contains 19.7mg of vitamin C. Here the potatoes I am using weighs approximately 150gms. So the vitamin C present here is 29.55mg. In the same way, 100gms of papaya contains 61.8mg of vitamin C. Here I am using 50gms (approximately) of papaya which will give 30.9mg of Vitamin C, and the Capsicum I am using contains approximately 20mg of Vitamin C.
Though it is a bit strange green chillies will contain the maximum amount of Vitamin C. 100gms of green chillies will contain 242mg of vitamin C. In this preparation, I will use 2 green chillies later for marination which weighs approximately 2gms. So, we will get 4.84mg of Vitamin C from that and 2 cloves from which I’ll get .8mg vitamin C.
