BodybyJulie- Pandemic: Immune Health w/ Vitamins & Nutrition

In this video I will go deeper into how to take care of your immune health with nutrition and vitamins. Healthy fats vs. bad fats, etc.
During this pandemic not ONE medical professional has discussed how to build up your immune system as a natural defense against this virus. Getting ready to go into these winter months we need to get a head start on building up the immune system as a defense and not rely solely on masks, antibiotics and vaccines to save us. I put a list of the vitamins I discuss and their benefits below. I will also provide some links to different YouTube channels and documentaries discussing how to take care of our health and not depend so much on masks and vaccines.

YouTube Channels-
Jack LaLanne- TV Show from the 1950’s. He discusses how to eat healthy and stay away from sugar and processed food way back then.
Clara’s Kitchen- Cooking from the Great Depression. Like chicken noodle soup for the soul.

Documentaries-
That Sugar Film- He basically tries to eat “healthy” (eating only things that says organic and healthy) and stay within the recommended guidelines for daily consumption of sugar.

Vitamins:
C- Increases quality of white blood cells.
D- Enhances immunity
Zinc- fights free radicals
L-Lysine- Aids in combating viral infections, combats free radicals, prevents aging of white cells.
Garlic- Natural antibiotic, antiviral, helps fight infections, full of vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. Expectorant, bronchial infections, common cold, used as an inhalant for tuberculosis.
Oregano- helps asthma, respiratory spasms, expectorant, anti-septic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and helps with gastrointestinal.
Cinnamon- Antibacterial, promotes sweating.
Thyme & Thyme Oil- Antibacterial, anti fungal, stimulates immune system.
Rosemary- Good or chills, circulation and rheumatism.
Echinacea- Antiviral, antibacterial, strengthens resistance, anti-septic.
Astragalus- Strengthens immune system, promotes sweating,
Rose Hips- High in vitamin C. Drink as tea
Burdock Root- Increases resistance to infection, has several antibiotic properties.
