Seems possible I just needed to introduce it to my routine before taking 2 a day. I wanted to mention incase anyone else finds that helpful.I started taking supplements for immune support a few months ago after experiencing back to back colds & bronchitis.
It was unusual for me to be sick for more than a few days. Supplements absolutely help! I havent been sick since March! Many people recommended elderberry to me in addition to my vitamin c. I truly believe its helping.

I also didnt have as much joint pain. I do not tend to get sick very often, and I truly believe it is because I take measures to prevent getting sick as opposed trying to treat when I get sick.
I would continue to use this product to help continue my good health.The only reason I took a star off was due to the taste. I actually would prefer just a pill form and not a chewable.

I really love the convenience of the chewable tablets and they’re very tasty and I love that they are good for immune health.

Its a good product. We all know the benefits of vitamin c for the body and it helps the immune system. The flavour is good as elderberry tastes really good and the size of the tablets is small, so its easy to swallow.
This also has antioxidants which helps support cellular health. Seeing good results.
