I have always loved Alpacas. And I think I am going to love them even more, because these lovely animals could be our heroes in the fight against COVID-19 aka Coronavirus.
A group of researchers in Melbourne’s Walter and Eliza Hall Institute are trying to use alpaca’s immune system’s unique features to prevent human cells from getting infected with a virus that causes COVID-19.
