I have developed a daily regimen of eating one of these (they actually recommend 3, but I dont take it that far) to, hopefully, reduce my chances of getting a cold.
Do they work? Who really knows…but they sure taste good. I have had a couple of pretty severe colds in the last year, so I would say they probably dont have much effect, but I dont think they do any harm either.

Am I going to recommend these to you? No way. As my headline says “you either like it or you dont”. This is a personal choice and I cant make it for you.
I was very upset they all came melted together. But they do taste great.
Great flavor, good combo of vitamins to build immunity and ward off the flu or any other cold your body would encounter. Wish I could find more in stores right now!
