Honestly it impossible to tell you if it works unless you purchased for a specific reason and follow up with a blood draw to compare with previous. I don’t expect a miracle, but I do expect not to get worse .
I’ve had to deal with SEEMINGLY UNREMITTING dark circles for almost five years now, (which have made me look ALWAYS sick/ill when I haven’t been), and can really only credit this supplement, either for the Zinc or extra Vitamin C (maybe both), but am so happy to see what are basically burst blood capillaries beneath the skin going away….

Now, I’ll need to talk with my doctor when I see/speak with him next to ask for proper testing to identify any possible absorption problems I must have.
Ordered this to take during Fall season in hope that it would help boosting my immunity and reducing a chance of me catching a cold. I like it because it has no sugar, which is crucial for me since I’m on Keto.
The pill size is quiet large, if you have taken any other vitamins with Irwin naturals; this supplement is the same size with those. No aftertaste, so far so good.
Very effective at staving off whatever germs my kid brings home from school!
If taken as soon as you are feeling you are getting sick this product is the only thing that has worked to shorten the duration and severity. if I take it regularly I almost never get sick. I swear by them
