Weaponise your immune system to beat Covid 19

Immune system is key in Covid 19 battle

World Health Organisation, the Centre for Disease Control, and scientists around the world are stating that the most vulnerable to the Covid virus are mostly men over 50 years with existing health problems.

However, they also warn that those with weak immune systems are at severe risk.

People born pre-90s are known to have stronger immune systems because they grew up playing in the dirt, been exposed to many germs, ate less processed foods that were nutrient rich, and as a result have developed a stronger immune system.

Post 90s, the kids grew up in a sanitised world where everything has been desinfected, ate less nutrient rich foods, overly vaccinated and have restricted contact with germs.
This has resulted in a weaker or more vulnerable immune system.

One could argue that vaccinations against diseases would support the body in developing a stronger immune system, yet there is no substitute for the body to naturally develop this immunity shield.

You must appreciate that vaccinations are developed based on ‘known’ diseases.
So is there any guarantee that a past vaccination can handle an ‘unknown’ virus?

However, if you have been exposed to an un-sanitised environment, your body over the years has developed a fighting style to deal with any new diseases.
It is this fighting style development that is key here.

You must therefore give your body all the nutrients necessary for it to optimally fight any new threats.

In other words, micro-nutrients such as anti-oxidants, vitamins, omega oils, probiotics, and trace minerals.

Regular exercise is also necessary to boost your metabolism that will efficiently use up the micro-nutrients.

Rest is equally important to avoid over-stimulating the adrenal glands thereby reducing cortisol secretion.

Three key points:
Consume micro-nutrients.
Exercise regularly.
Rest sufficiently.

If internally you are strong, then the chances of a Covid infection will be reduced drastically.

Don’t just focus on hand sanitisers, toilet roll, avoiding contact, and quarantines.
All this will be useless to protect you without a strong immune system.
