Pineapple, Turmeric, ginger Juice recipe.

Hi all, this is a recipe for a super immune boosting drink.

Ingredients:

Pineapple Fruit
Pineapple peel
Fresh Turmeric
Turmeric peel
Ginger ( I used my dry blended ginger, I had no fresh one)
Yogurt whey ( for protein)
Dates syrup
Juice from joiled pineapple peel
