I was interested in taking a multi-vitamin with omega fish oil, lutein, & vitamin K2 (pic 01). But its for 50+ year old women so Im giving this to my mom since her eyes have been weakening and just for her general health (pic 02).
I did try 1 and it tasted yummy! Like a gummy bear candy (pic 03). So, it does contain fructose (i.e., cane sugar, tapioca syrup) for those who are cautious about their fructose intake.

How can that be when it has fish oil from small fishes (see pic 04)? It likely means no fish meat but it definitely contains something from fishes. My daughter is allergic to salmon and, when she even has a bit of just salmon oil, she breaks out.
Some clarifiication of the fish allergy info is needed. Overall, this multi-vitamin contains lots of good things for an older womans daily health. Bonus that it tastes like candy.Recommended.
As a woman over 50, I look for vitamin supplements with extras that are hard to find in one source. That’s why I like this formulation. Besides the usual vitamins, it has omega-3, CoQ10, lutein, zeaxanthin, and an antioxidant blend.
According to the label, each batch is third-party tested to ensure that the capsules contain the stated nutrients. Dosing is two capsules daily.The capsules are vegan and free of GMOs, gelatin, soy, sugar, artificial flavors, and preservatives.
They have a minty aftertaste which I find pleasant. I have taken them for a week and have noticed a slight increase in energy, especially at around 3 p.m. when I normally experience a slump.
Even though I have taken the capsules without food, I haven’t had any negative side-effects of indigestion or upset stomach. The capsules are moderately large which may be a concern for those with swallowing difficulties.
The SmartyPants Multivitamin for Men 50+ has a lot going for it. For starters, this supplement gives you energy. I have taken a multivitamin for years, and never have I had the energy boost that this brand provides.
I realize that this is a new supplement to me, but I have changed brands before and not felt near as good as when starting this one. The dosage is two capsules and yes, they are really easy to swallow.
There are no synthetic colors to make these vitamins look better, and there are no nut allergens which is really important to many of us.
The smell of these is interesting (kind of a strong mint), but I am not worried about this, what I am worried about is the benefits, and so far these are working out great.
