Mix sprouts salad (Healthy, nutritious, protein & vitamin enriched salad)

This simple and healthy sprout salad is loaded with moong dal, Kale chane (black whole gram), Peanuts sprouts, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, onion, tomatoes, lime juice and chaat masala. I usually make this salad for my dinner parties. With every bite you will feel the flavors of veggies exploding in your mouth.

This recipe is a very healthy dish which is full of proteins and other nutrients. You can have this salad as snack or in your breakfast.  For this recipe I have used only three variety of sprouts, but you can add your favourite sprouts.

You can pack this salad in your kid’s tiffin also. It takes only 15 mins of your time, you only need to give a nice dressing to your salad.

To make this salad you have to need :

Ingredients :

Moong sprouts 1 cup
Black whole gram (Kale chane) sprouts 1 cup
Peanuts sprouts 1 /2
Cucumber 1 chopped
Carrot 1 chopped
Tomato 1 in small diced
Beetroot 1/2 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Green chilies 2 finely chopped
Coriander 2 tsp chopped

Dressing :

Lemon juice 2 tsp
Honey 2 tsp
Black salt to taste
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 /4 tsp

Garnish :

Tomato slices
Coriander leaves
Spring onion

Method :

Boil sprouts in 1 glass water for 5 minutes till semi soft. Drain it, remove water. Separate sprouts. Don’t throw this Boiled water. You can use it in Dal or soup.
Let sprouts cool in room temperature.
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.
Take one bowl. Mix all dressing ingredients.
Add dressing in salad.
Mix properly all.
Garnish with tomato slices, spring onion, coriander.
Mix sprouts salad is ready to serve.
