This is my perfect morning routine on MOST days but there are days when I’m tired that this just doesn’t happen. This is how I start my days with my best foot forward and this routine has helped me perform so much better over the last few months. I am not a health professional in any way shape or form and I’m certainly aware that some of my practices might not be up there with Fitness guru status but everyone has their vices, everyone has their little things that help and I have found that this is my way to work my absolute best. I’m not saying this is the right way or the wrong way, it’s simply what works for me.
I might love a branded handbag but I don’t obsess with branding myself as something I’m not, the truth and realities of who I am and what I do is always at the forefront of my channel and this is how I start the day on the right foot and I like to go with what works.
